Terms of Service

These terms set out the basis on which Ai Receptionist Singapore provides the Ai Receptionist Singapore service, what each party is responsible for, and how the agreement can be changed or ended.

The agreement

These terms, together with the order form or written proposal accepted by you, form the agreement between your business and us. Where a signed agreement exists between us and conflicts with these terms, that signed agreement takes precedence.

The service is provided to businesses. Nothing in these terms is intended to affect rights that consumers may have under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to break the law, to mislead callers about who they are dealing with, to send communications that contravene applicable marketing rules, or to collect personal data you have no lawful basis to collect.

Certain categories of call are always routed to a person and cannot be configured otherwise: matters concerning an individual child, clinical triage or symptoms, security incidents, allergen confirmation, callers in distress, grievances and personal HR matters, and regulated legal, medical, financial or immigration advice. We will decline a configuration request that removes these boundaries.

We may suspend the service where continued operation would be unlawful, would present a serious risk to callers, or where fees remain unpaid after notice. We will tell you the reason and, where practicable, give you the opportunity to resolve it first.

Commercial terms

Fees

Fees are those set out in your order form. Cost is driven by usage and by the scope of configuration; the structure is explained on our pricing page.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued on the cycle stated in your order form and are payable within the period stated in that order form. Taxes are applied as required by law.

Changes to scope

Routine adjustments to wording and rules are part of the service. Substantial new call flows or integrations are agreed in writing before work begins.

Term and termination

The term and notice period are stated in your order form. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period after written notice.

On exit

You may request an export of your data in the format described to you before purchase. Data is then deleted in accordance with the agreed retention arrangements.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in our platform and materials. You retain rights in your business content and customer data. Neither party acquires the other’s intellectual property by using the service.

Service availability, liability and law

We work to keep the service available and to resolve faults promptly, and our support arrangements are described on our support and escalation page. The service depends on telephony networks, third-party platforms and your own systems, and interruptions arising from those are outside our control.

Any specific availability commitments applicable to your account are those stated in your order form. We do not offer availability guarantees outside a written commitment.

Liability provisions, including any limits and exclusions, are set out in your order form or signed agreement. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

These terms are a starting point, not legal advice. They should be reviewed and completed by qualified legal advisers before publication or use, and you should take your own advice before entering into any agreement.

Questions about these terms

Is there a minimum commitment?

Any minimum term is stated in your order form. We would rather begin with a contained pilot than a long commitment made on the strength of a demonstration.

Who owns the call flows you build for us?

Your business rules and content remain yours. We keep rights in our platform. We also recommend keeping your own documented copy of the flow logic, as set out in developments to watch.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, and we will show you the export format before you commit rather than after. The wider question list is in vendor due diligence.

Will you configure a flow that handles clinical or legal questions?

No. Those categories always reach a person, and a request to remove that boundary will be declined.

What happens if these terms change?

Material changes affecting existing clients are notified in advance. The last updated date is shown below.

These terms were last updated on 27 July 2026.
