See Your Own Call Handled by an AI Receptionist
This is not a slide deck. We take one enquiry your business actually receives, build the conversation around it and let you hear how it would be answered, qualified and completed.
The demo covers
- A live call flow built on your enquiry type
- How the system escalates to your team
- Where booking and lead data would be written
- Language and tone options for your callers
- A realistic implementation timeline and cost range
How the Demo Runs
Before the session
You tell us the enquiry type that matters most: new patient bookings, quotation requests, viewing arrangements, service appointments. We prepare a flow around it.
First fifteen minutes
We walk through how those calls are handled today, where they are missed, and what a completed outcome looks like in your systems.
The demonstration
You hear the call. We deliberately go off-script, ask awkward questions and trigger an escalation, so you see the failure paths as well as the happy path.
Systems and data
We show where the booking, the transcript and the lead record would land, and confirm which of your systems can be connected directly.
Scope and next steps
You leave with a realistic timeline, a cost range based on your volume, and a written summary of what was discussed.
What to Bring to the Session
None of this is mandatory, but the more of it you have to hand, the more specific the demonstration becomes.
Your call pattern
A rough sense of daily call volume, the busiest periods, and how many calls arrive outside working hours.
Your top enquiry types
The five or six reasons customers ring most often, and what your team currently does with each one.
Your systems
Which calendar, CRM or booking platform you use, and whether anyone on your side administers it.
Your escalation rules
Who should receive urgent calls, when, and what counts as urgent in your business.
Your constraints
Anything the system must never say, promise or quote. Regulated sectors usually have a firm list.
The right people
Whoever owns the phone process and whoever approves spend. Two short sessions are slower than one complete one.
Demos We Run Most Often
Appointment booking
Live availability checked and a slot confirmed during the call, with a WhatsApp confirmation sent immediately.
Appointment bookingAfter-hours enquiries
An evening caller handled fully rather than sent to voicemail, with the outcome waiting for your team at opening.
24/7 call answeringLead qualification and transfer
A high-value enquiry qualified against your criteria and transferred live to the person best placed to close it.
Live call transferBefore You Book
How long does the demo take?
Around forty-five minutes. Half of that is the demonstration itself; the rest is understanding your call process and answering questions about integration and cost.
Is there any cost or obligation?
None. You are not asked to commit to anything during the session, and we do not require payment details to run it.
Can the demo be run remotely?
Yes. Most sessions are held over video with a live call placed to the demonstration number so you hear the conversation exactly as your customers would.
Will you use our real business information?
Only what you provide for the purpose of the demonstration. Nothing is published, and no live customer data is required to build the sample flow.
What if we are only comparing options?
That is a reasonable position and we will treat it as one. The comparisons hub covers the alternatives, and we would rather you choose correctly than quickly.
Can you demonstrate a specific industry workflow?
Yes. Tell us your sector when booking and we will prepare a flow that reflects it. Sector-specific detail is documented across the industries hub.
Pick the Call That Costs You Most When It Is Missed
Bring us one enquiry type and we will show you the whole journey: the conversation, the escalation, the booking and the record left behind.
