AI Receptionist Pricing in Singapore
Pricing is built from four components: the workflows you need, the volume of calls handled, the integrations connected and the implementation work required. This page explains how each one affects the total so you can estimate the cost before you speak to us.
How AI Receptionist Pricing Works
An AI receptionist is priced as a service, not a licence. There is a one-time implementation cost covering call flow design, knowledge base setup, integrations and testing, and a recurring cost covering call handling, hosting, maintenance and support.
The recurring element scales with usage. A single-location clinic taking forty calls a day sits in a very different band to a multi-branch operator taking four hundred. We quote after scoping because quoting before it produces a number that changes as soon as the real requirements surface.
What we will not do: publish a headline figure that only applies to the simplest possible deployment. If you need a fast comparison figure for budgeting, tell us your call volume and enquiry types and we will give you a realistic range on the first call.
The Four Things That Determine Your Cost
| Component | What it covers | What increases it |
|---|---|---|
| Call volume | Minutes of conversation handled each month, including transfers and out-of-hours calls | Seasonal peaks, campaign traffic, multiple published numbers |
| Workflows | Each distinct enquiry journey the system handles end to end | Multiple services, branch-specific rules, separate triage paths |
| Integrations | Connections to calendars, CRMs, booking systems and messaging channels | Proprietary systems, on-premise software, two-way data sync |
| Implementation | Discovery, flow writing, knowledge base build, testing and launch support | Multilingual coverage, complex escalation trees, staged rollouts |

Comparing the Cost Structure
The relevant comparison is not sticker price against sticker price. It is how each option behaves as call volume rises and as hours extend beyond the working day.
In-house receptionist
Fixed monthly cost regardless of call volume, plus CPF, leave cover and recruitment. Coverage stops at the end of the shift, and a second concurrent call waits.
Outsourced answering service
Usually charged per call or per minute with a monthly minimum. Message-taking is reliable; completing bookings inside your systems typically is not.
AI receptionist
Subscription plus usage. Cost rises with volume but coverage does not have gaps, and concurrent calls do not require extra capacity.
A detailed breakdown of each option is on the comparisons hub, and deployment models by company size are covered under solutions.
Pricing Questions
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because the number would be misleading. Two businesses with identical call volumes can differ by a wide margin once workflows and integrations are counted. We would rather give you an accurate range after a short scoping conversation.
Is there a minimum contract?
Terms depend on the implementation effort involved. A deployment with substantial custom integration work carries a different commitment to a single-flow setup. This is agreed in writing before work starts.
What happens if we exceed our call volume?
Usage above the agreed band is billed at the rate set out in your agreement. We flag sustained increases rather than letting them accumulate silently, so you can move to a more suitable band.
Do we pay separately for out-of-hours calls?
No. Calls at 2am are handled the same way as calls at 2pm and counted in the same usage pool. There is no unsocial-hours surcharge.
Can we start with one workflow and add more later?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. Launching one high-value flow, reviewing the transcripts and then expanding produces better results than deploying everything at once.
Are telephony charges included?
Call carriage is billed by your telephony provider under your existing arrangement. Our pricing covers the AI answering layer, the workflows and the integrations.
